Well, gosh I know it's been a while since my last posting but I've just been so busy! Let's see...after my last blog, I decided to wake up at 11:15 and stay up until 1am - I really wanted to celebrate Mommy's birthday :) I slept for a few hours, woke up to eat a little and refused to settle down and go to sleep alone, so I got to nappy with Mommy (she's a sucker)! We played all morning and then I was incredibly whiny, so we went for a little drive. When we got back, Grandma K was waiting for me! I got to spend all day and most of the night with her, which was wonnnnderful :) She said I was a "delight" - I'm not sure what that means but it sounds good!
On Saturday, I got up early and snuggled with Mommy (gosh, I sure do miss her when she's at work!) and then got to hang out with my Daddy all day! Saturdays are great because I spend them with him :) We played outside, went for a drive, did a little grocery shopping and a little gardening. It was a busy day! Then Mommy came home and we all spent the rest of the night together - I love that! Mommy did have to make a quick run to work, so lucky me got to go with. I like to stop in to her work - the girls who work there just go ga-ga for me when I come in! I got to play with Ashley & Brookie for a little while and then check out all the bright colors and toys - Coach House is the best!
Today was a super lazy (and super great) day with Mommy & Daddy, too! We played, we napped, we shopped - it was fabulous :) I gave Daddy the gift and card I picked out for him for Father's Day - he loved it and said I have the very best taste in cool t-shirts! I'll be honest, Brookie at Mommy's work helped me pick it out and Mommy may have had a hand in the card...but shhh - that will be our little secret... Mommy and I went to bring Pop-Pop his Father's Day gift and then stopped at Aunt Mitsy's on our way home. Boy, oh boy was that fun! Aunt Mitsy is SO silly! We played and danced and had tons of fun :) I even got to play with my big cousins Nick & Lydia. It was great :) After that, we went home and Daddy snuggled with me, gave me a bath and now I think I'm ready for bed!
Wow! What a weekend! I start my new daycare tomorrow, so I had better get some rest :) Nighty-night!
