So today I got to go all over the place and see lots and lots of people :) But before all that, I started my day with an awesome nap with Mommy! Then Mommy's friend Nicole came overy with MY friend, Hunter :) We played for a while at my house then went out for lunch on our "date." I had the milk (haha!) and the grownups had burgers...I was very jealous! The ladies at the table next to ours kept telling me how fabulously gorgeous I am (of course) but they didn't see Hunter until we were leaving - he's pretty chill and let his Mommy eat lunch. I, on the other hand, must be the center of attention in all social situations...must get that from Mommy... Well those ladies started ooh-ing and aah-ing at Hunter - he is a cutie pie!
Then we went to the big park! We were both asleep when we got there but after a little walk, I got up and decided it was time to swing :) I love the big girl swing! When Hunter woke up he went in the big boy swing next to me - it was his very first time! I tried to show him the ropes but he's a pretty slick fella - he didn't even need my help :) We got some "alone" time to play in the grass but Hunter was more interested in food than me - just like a boy, huh? While he ate, I played peek-a-boo with myself, pulling the blankie over my head about a million times - that's a pretty fun game! After our long and super fun playdate, Nicole and Hunter went home and Mommy and I went to check out a new daycare.
Ohmigosh! I loooooved the lady there! Her name is Jodi and she's so sweet and fun and ooooh I can't wait to start going to see her every week! She's even going to teach me sign language, so I can tell Mommy & Daddy when I'm hungry (which is most of the time...) so I'm really excited! We spent an hour with Jodi then went home and played outside. I'm all about being outside, that's for sure! We played for a long time and then Daddy came home, so I went in to play with him. Gosh I love him so much! We played and snuggled and laughed and ooooh boy it was great! Then he left for just a little while and I was a bit of a crabbypants (and very tired) so we went for a drive. Mommy took me to see Oma! I love my Oma! She talks to me in a silly voice and buys me socks - she's awesome! She also gave me chocolate pudding, even though Mommy said no...Oma is a sneaky one! I like my bananas better :)
We came home and played some more (I sure do play a lot, huh?) then took a bath, as I was stinky and dirty from my busy day outside. Now, as much as I'm fighting it, I think it's time for bed. I need my rest because Grandma K is coming tomorrow! I loooove going for walks and snuggling with Grandma! Nighty-night!
