It was another wonderful day up north! Today I slept late and then played for a while before a nice nap. I ate my favorite numnums (sweet peas!) And then we went to a magical place called "Duluth." I slept most of the way and woke up right when we got to the beach. This was a very special beach-it's where Daddy proposed to Mommy!
I loved to watch the birds and the water lapping up on the beach! We took a few pictures but Daddy was worried I was getting cold-boy was it ever windy! Then we went to the Maritime Museum and I got to check out all kinds of really neat ships. I even got to turn the big Captain's wheel!
We went for a walk along the breakway out to the lighthouse and I loved it! We took pictures there and and a super neat lift-bridge before we left the park. We had to walk through swarms of seagulls to get out-I thought they were fun to watch but Mommy was scared of them. Silly Mommy-scared of a birdie!
Then we drove back to the cabin and I slept all the way! I was a very good girl all day! We played and played forever it seemed :) Mommy taught me how to clap my hands tonight. I'm not the best at it yet but I know how to do it! Then we watched a movie with little dinosaurs-I really like to watch all the colors and lights. I took my first bath in a sink and that was a good time-warm water makes me sleepy!
Now I'm off to bed so I can be well rested for our trip to Hayward tomorrow! Nighty night!
