I really got my crawl on this weekend! I'm sneaking out of my room into the hall, scurrying into the living room and hiding under my Jumperoo, and then getting into everything I can get my little hands on :) Good times, my friends - good times! I stuffed a handful of cat hair in my mouth this morning and it was awesome - I'm all kinds of nosy now :) I also learned how to clap and cluck my tongue! I'm learning fast! Oh and at daycare, Jodi taught me to put my arms up and clap for "SO BIG!" Yeah, I know - I'm awesome.
As for what's been going on the past few days, I tell you I can't remember being busier! On Friday I went to play with the kids at daycare so Daddy could get some extra work done. Then we played together all night. Then on Saturday, we went shopping and to a magical place way out of town called a "produce farm and plant nursery" with Grandma K. People kept stopping to tell me how beautiful I am, which is always great PLUS I got to be outside and shop for yummy nummy vegetables :) Mommy came home early and we played for the rest of the night. On Sunday, I decided to that I didn't want to miss a moment with Mommy so I refused to nap for the majority of the day. We went to her work to help Brookie and then we met Hunter and Nicole down at the craft festival. Boy was that ever fun! So many people! So many smells! So many things to look at and try to get into! Hunter even let me use his reclining stroller so I could take a little tiny nap :) We even saw Oma at the festival! We found her at a jewelry booth - big surprise... Oma loves her bling (and so do I - it's great to play with)! After the festival, Mommy and I went home and took the best nap ever. I splashed around in the tub until I was super pruny and went to bed.
Monday I went off to daycare and played with Logan and made a big mess of my clothes while wolfing down my lunch :) We played all day and had tons of fun! Then Daddy brought me over to Grandma Lynn's for my cousin Nick's birthday. It was awesome! Everyone played with me and gave me snuggles :) Megan gave me lots and lots of love and she had these awesome socks that I just had to play with! It was a very, very long day and when we left I could hardly keep my eyes open.
Yesterday there's very little to report! I went to daycare, played like mad and came home for numnums, bath and bed. I'm not sure what the problem was last night - maybe my teeth, maybe my ears or maybe I have a cold - but I woke up every hour, screaming like someone was pinching me! I could hardly breathe because my nose is all full of yuckies and couldn't sleep. It was a rough night but now I'm awake, happy as a clam and crawling around the house. I better get to it!
